Shipping, Order Pick-ups & Returns
SHIPPING & ORDER PICK-UP POLICY
At Primrose Creations, we strive to pack and ship orders within the time frame you selected through our website when placing your order. We do our best to ensure there are no delays in delivery once your order has been placed on our website. However, please keep in mind that some delays are beyond our control once the package has shipped.
Our current processing time for both pick-up and shipping orders is 4-7 business days. Due to the Holiday season, there may be shipping delays beyond our control. We track every order shipped via FedEx. After dispatching your order, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking code.
All of our products are made preservative-free. But many of our products are made with coconut oil and as such this may cause a slight bit of melt during transit in hot climates or while on a hot delivery truck in the summertime with certain items. We do our best to ensure that this is not a factor when delivering. But if this occurs simply put the product in the fridge until the product returns to room temperature. This does not affect the products or how it functions so it is still just as effective as before.
For order pickups, please contact me via site messaging or email, as this option is still available. Due to the significant number of non-local visitors to our site, we do not publicly disclose this information for safety reasons. To receive the necessary information for picking up your order, please contact me. Please note that pickup orders are processed similarly to shipping orders and require 4-5 business days for processing. Our pickup hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 am-8 pm.
When choosing "Standard Shipping" please allow for at least 4-7 business days to shipping time for orders. For "Standard Shipping" to Alaska & Hawaii Please allow 12-14 business days shipping time for orders.
When choosing "Standard Overnight" Please allow for at least 2-4 business days to shipping times for orders, We do not offer this option for Alaska & Hawaii at this time.
We do not ship to multiple addresses. You will need to create a new order if you would like to ship to more than one address.
We do not currently ship orders outside the United States.
We are not responsible for any transit issues that may arise due to the parcel carriers once packages have left our facility. If you have questions or concerns about transit issues please contact the parcel carriers directly with your tracking number and questions.
Shipping rates on our website apply to Retail Orders Only. At this time we do not offer Large Wholesale options as we do not have the capability at this time to keep up.
Return & Exchange Policy
Primrose Creations appreciate you & your business and we strive to provide excellent personal customer service. But due to the nature of our all-natural products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety & hygiene reasons if a product has been damaged during shipping it cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns. And we ask the you to contact the shipping company on their policy of damaging products upon delivery.
If for some reason you happen to have had an issue with any of our products, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
If you don’t totally enjoy your purchase from Primrose Creations, Please let us know so that we can exchange or so we can fully refund you for the product purchased. Keep in mind you must inform us within 15 days of the purchase date located on receipt for a full refund or replacement otherwise it will become null and void.
